Truth Vanguard is written mainly by a Christian layman for Christians, skeptics and non-Christian laymans.

In addition, the present writer of this blog doesn’t hold any academic degrees. He sees and thinks of himself as a simple student of The WAY. He cultivates his simple mind in the things of biblical, theological, philosophical, political and ethical truths.

The Truth Vanguard, is an unapologitically apologitical blog site. It carries and bares the name Christian after its Master, Priest, Teacher and Saviour: Jesus Christ, and is avowedly unashamed of it. Truth Vanguard’s main purpose is to defend the truth of the Christian faith and its message as it was brought to us by the apostles and the early church fathers.

Also, many are unaware that the Christian Gospel brought light, hope and salvation into our, otherwise, miserable’ dark’ world.

The gospel of the Bible freed men from the bondage and enslavement of sin. Christ’s blood, death on the cross offers forgiveness and redemption both past, presence and future which in turn gives hope to otherwise hopeless mankind. But, the Christian message or the Gospel and its follower are under vesuvius assault.

Its assaults ranges from atheists, skeptics, to non-Christian religions. The attack itself are not exclusively non-Christian per se but also comes from professing Christians!

However, I do believe and think that none of the prevailing objections and assaults towards orthodox Christianity are able to poke holes the truthfulness and its reliability.

The Christian faith remains untouchable. The old and current waves of so-called arguments against Christianity comes and go but the faith has withstood and remains even stronger against its bitter enemies. Praise to God for this!

Early Christians defended their beloved faith against their foes who denied God existence, Jesus’ deity, the bodily resurrection, and truth itself. These giants of faith never wavered and never showed fear towards their antagonists. They stood firmly and proclaimed their faith in Christ even if they knew that persecution and death was the out come. Truth Vanguard in turn, would like to emulate its progenitors in their courageous fight and in defending their belief against unbelief and heresies in their time.

Thus, Truth Vanguard exists to defend and takes the battle a front against lies, deceits, and its spiritual enemy and wage war against Satan (or Lucifer) the Prince of darkness which is really our true nemesis. However, we do not wage war alone! We go to battle with our great Commander and General which is none other but Christ.

REMINDER: Just because Christians claims to have the truth (in Jesus Christ) this doesn’t follow that Christians are all-knowing (unlike the atheists). We are all finite beings who has a finite, limited understanding. Thanks to God by revealing who HE is throughout the Holy Scriptures. This fact alone should make a Christian humble himself.
