The clock is ticking and will definitely not wait for anyone. Christmas in just a few more days and New Year is just around the corner!
Whether you’re Christian or secular, both Christmas and New Year’s Eve celebration means a lot to different people.
To me (as a Christian), Christmas means a commemoration of the greatest event that has happened, time and space continuum, in the history of the universe and mankind. God the Son, Jesus Christ, ’entered’ into this world and became flesh to be a perfect human sacrifice for our sins.
Christ’s suffering, blood and death on the cross of Golgotha, is the most unstained and perfect gift of salvation for all to accept. Accept the forgiveness of sin and freely receive this wonderful gift.
I thanks all my readers, commentators and visitors to my blog. 2011 has been a challenging year and I’m sure the challenge and the battle for the souls of men continues and will not cease until the second coming of Christ.
This is my last post. Assuming that the world will not end 2012
(bogus, and ridiculous Mayan prophecy that is currently circulating on the internet. What’s odd though is that Mayans obviously failed to prophecy their own destruction), I’ll see you all next year with lots of new exciting articles/essays to post.
At last but not least, let Christ be the sole reason and the center of our Christmas celebration.
Merry Christmas and you may all have a joyful New year!
